Terms and Conditions

* Bookings for reward nights must be made at least 7 days prior to arrival. Reservations have to be made through our Reservations Call Center Free number with in Mexico 01800 01 VILLA (84552) from México City (55) 9000 1300 – 02 Monday to Friday 9:00 am to 6:00 pm. Reward nights can not be reserved directly at the hotel.

* Reservations changes or cancellations for reward nights apply a: $20 USD charge, otherwise, points will be cancelled.

* Is permitted to earn Villa Club points with restaurant and / or bar consumptions when not staying at the hotel. Id and Villa Club Card may be requested.

* It is not permitted to redeem Villa Club room night points at Hotel Irma or vice versa.

* If during a 24 months period after you enrolled to Irma Club or your last points accumulation via room rent, catering, or food and beverage consume, no activity is registered in your member account, your membership will expire as well as all the benefits that the program offers.

* Villa Club Reward Points are valid for 2 years. Example, Points accumulated during January 2008 will expire on January 2009.
